Other tomato products, such as an 8-ounce portion of tomato juice or tomato paste may provide up to 25 mg of lycopene.
3. Eat fruits and vegetables. Pumpkins, beans, and spinach are also good.
4. Eat garlic. Garlic has allicin which slows the spread of cancer cells. Garlic also has selenium.
5. Broccoli is recommended because it contains selenium which has shown to be effective against prostate cancer.
6. You should have less seasonings including salt. Salt and seasonings have been linked to cancer.
7. Finally, green tea is a popular choice as a beverage so drink at least 6 cups a day.
